  • Which plan is best for me?

    Vizlly is available in three plans, each focused on driving more bookings at a lower cost.

    • Vizlly Multi-Channel: This plan is best for hotels looking to improve their visibility and performance on third party travel websites and channels. It also includes Facebook Apps, to help turn your Facebook page into a direct booking channel or refer more traffic back to your website.
    • Vizlly DMS: This plan is ideal for hotels looking to drive more bookings through their direct sales channels. It includes access to our website builder, which makes it easy to create, publish and update your hotel’s website. All of our website themes are optimized for desktop, mobile and tablet and built to drive direct bookings. This plan also includes our Facebook Apps, to help turn your Facebook page into a direct booking channel or refer more traffic back to your website.
    • Vizlly DMS+: A complete solution that gives hotels access to all of Vizlly’s features and functionality. This includes our website builder, mobile websites, Facebook Apps and Digital Brochures for third party channels.

    All Vizlly plans include access to a dedicated Vizlly Setup Specialist and a Success Coach. These digital marketing experts will guide you through the onboarding, setup and go-live process, and provide ongoing support to ensure you are achieving your goals with Vizlly.

  • What happens when I request a demo?

    The best way to learn more about Vizlly is to request a demo with one of our Digital Marketing Consultants. Once you do this, a member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to set up a consultation call to better understand your needs and show you how Vizlly can help you and your property.

  • How does the 30-day free trial work?

    Our Free Trial includes access to all of the features of Vizlly’s DMS+ plan for a maximum of 30 days. There are no contracts, commitments or fees associated with the free trial. If at any time during the free trial period you’d like to upgrade to a paid license of Vizlly, please complete this form or give us a call at (toll free) +1 877 593 6634.

  • Do I need to sign a contract for Vizlly?

    Yes, if you choose to license Vizlly then a signed contract is required. This contract will formally outline our services to you and your agreement with us.

  • How will you bill me?

    Invoices will be sent by email.

    One-time set-up fees will be invoiced upon signing of the Order Form (usually the next day).

    Annual fees will be invoiced as per the terms of the signed Order Form (annual or quarterly).

  • What are my payment options?

    There are 3 payment options available:

    • Check
    • Wire Transfer
    • Visa or MasterCard (Order Form must be in US$ as payments will be processed in US$)
  • How do I cancel and when will it take effect?

    To cancel your agreement you are required to send a written cancellation request to customersuccess@leonardo.com, or directly to your dedicated Customer Success Coach.

    If you are on an annual agreement you must submit their written cancellation request at least thirty (30) days prior to your renewal date. It will then take effect at the end of the current 12 month term.

  • Is there a limit on how many media items I can upload?

    With Vizlly, there is no limit to the amount of visual content you can upload. Upload everything you want –photos, videos, virtual tours, floor plans, awards and badges, and any other media your property has. That said, there may be limits in the file size or file types you can upload. For more information, please refer to this article on our Customer Community.
